Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 whole)
  • Spinach - 60 g
  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Butter - 5 g (1 tsp)
  • Rolled oats - 40 g
  • Mixed nuts - 15 g
  • Champignon mushroom - 100 g

How to make:

  1. Preheat the oil in a skillet
  2. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices
  3. Wash the spinach
  4. Simmer the mushrooms and spinach in oil for 3–5 minutes
  5. Beat the eggs with a fork, adding 1 tbsp of water. Pour the eggs onto the mushrooms and spinach
  6. Cook the eggs over medium heat, stirring with a spatula until the egg is completely set
  7. Cook the oatmeal in water, add the butter and mix, sprinkle with nuts
