Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Walnut - 45 g
- Apple cider vinegar - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Broccoli - 310 g
- Baby spinach - 80 g (2 cup)
How to make:
- Cut the broccoli into florets and steam lightly for around 4-5 minutes then cool
- Mix the olive oil and apple cider vinegar with a little salt and pepper
- Combine the spinach, broccoli and walnuts and add the dressing
