Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Walnut - 45 g
  • Apple cider vinegar - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Broccoli - 310 g
  • Baby spinach - 80 g (2 cup)

How to make:

  1. Cut the broccoli into florets and steam lightly for around 4-5 minutes then cool
  2. Mix the olive oil and apple cider vinegar with a little salt and pepper
  3. Combine the spinach, broccoli and walnuts and add the dressing
