Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
  • Spinach - 120 g (5 cup)
  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Banana - 120 g
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Walnut - 24 g (3 whole)

How to make:

  1. Steam the spinach for 3 minutes or until wilted, then place it in a strainer and squeeze out any remaining water
  2. Poach the eggs
  3. Crush the walnuts
  4. Put the steamed spinach on the plate, place the poached eggs on top and the walnuts on the eggs, add salt and pepper to taste and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  5. Eat the banana for dessert
