Ingredients:
- Egg - 100 g (2 whole)
- Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Tomato - 100 g
- Sesame seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
- Avocado - 80 g
- Wholegrain bread - 80 g
How to make:
- Poach the egg (you can fry the egg in a dry skillet so that the yolk remains liquid)
- Dry the bread in a toaster, on dry skillet or grill
- Crush the avocado with a fork, spread on the toast. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Place the egg on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Chop the tomato, serve with toast
