Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 whole)
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Tomato - 100 g
  • Sesame seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
  • Avocado - 80 g
  • Wholegrain bread - 80 g

How to make:

  1. Poach the egg (you can fry the egg in a dry skillet so that the yolk remains liquid)
  2. Dry the bread in a toaster, on dry skillet or grill
  3. Crush the avocado with a fork, spread on the toast. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Place the egg on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds
  4. Chop the tomato, serve with toast
