  • Egg - 50 g (1 whole)
  • Parmesan cheese - 15 g
  • Hummus - 170 g
  • Cauliflower - 100 g
  • Whole grain crispbread - 30 g

How to make:

  1. Spread the hummus evenly on 2 crispbreads, sprinkle with parmesan
  2. Soft boil the egg
  3. Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences, cook for a couple of minutes in slightly salted water, serve with the crispbreads and egg
