- Egg - 100 g (2 whole)
- Parmesan cheese - 20 g
- Hummus - 80 g
- Cauliflower - 100 g
- Plum - 100 g
- Whole grain crispbread - 20 g (2 pcs)
How to make:
- Spread the hummus evenly on the 2 crispbreads, sprinkle with parmesan
- Soft-boil 2 eggs
- Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences, cook for a couple of minutes in slightly salted water, serve with the crispbreads and eggs
