Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 whole)
  • Parmesan cheese - 20 g
  • Hummus - 80 g
  • Cauliflower - 100 g
  • Plum - 100 g
  • Whole grain crispbread - 20 g (2 pcs)

How to make:

  1. Spread the hummus evenly on the 2 crispbreads, sprinkle with parmesan
  2. Soft-boil 2 eggs
  3. Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences, cook for a couple of minutes in slightly salted water, serve with the crispbreads and eggs
  4. Plums for dessert
