Ingredients:

  • Butter - 5 g (1 tsp)
  • Tomato - 100 g
  • Chicken breast, cooked - 60 g
  • Avocado - 50 g
  • Blueberry - 100 g
  • Wholegrain bread - 60 g
  • Cod liver - 20 g

How to make:

  1. Butter 1 slice of the bread, and place the cooked chicken fillet on top
  2. Spread the cod liver on the 2nd slice of bread
  3. Slice the vegetables. Cut the avocado into cubes
  4. Serve the toast with the vegetables and avocado
  5. For dessert – berries
