Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Cucumber - 100 g
  • Tomato - 100 g
  • Chicken breast, cooked - 150 g
  • Avocado - 60 g
  • Wholegrain bread - 50 g
  • Cod liver - 25 g

How to make:

  1. Divide the bread into 2 slices
  2. Butter 1 slice of the bread, and place the cooked chicken fillet on top
  3. Spread the cod liver on the 2nd slice of bread
  4. Slice the vegetables. Cut the avocado into slices
  5. Serve the toast with the vegetables and avocado
