- Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
 - Chickpeas, canned - 150 g
 - Tomato - 50 g
 - Strawberry - 100 g
 - Bell pepper - 100 g
 - Tofu - 200 g
 - Greens - 20 g
 
How to make:
- Preheat the oil, simmer the vegetables and chickpeas
 - Mash the tofu with a fork, pour soy sauce, let stand
 - After the vegetables become soft, add tofu, mix all the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring
