Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Chickpeas, canned - 150 g
  • Tomato - 50 g
  • Strawberry - 100 g
  • Bell pepper - 100 g
  • Tofu - 200 g
  • Greens - 20 g

How to make:

  1. Preheat the oil, simmer the vegetables and chickpeas
  2. Mash the tofu with a fork, pour soy sauce, let stand
  3. After the vegetables become soft, add tofu, mix all the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring
  4. Sprinkle with chopped herbs
  5. Eat berries for dessert
