Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Cherry tomato - 150 g (10 pcs)
- Lemon juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Rye bread - 40 g
- Potato, boiled - 60 g
- Rocket - 100 g (2.5 cup)
- Tuna steak - 150 g
- Salt and black pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Clementine - 74 g (1 whole)
How to make:
- Pat the tuna steak dry, sprinkle on a little salt and pepper, and place under a medium-high grill for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn the steak and return to the grill for another 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking
- Put the rocket in a bowl, cut the cherry tomatoes into halves, slice boiled potato and scatter over the rocket
- In a small bowl combine the olive oil and lemon juice with some salt and pepper and whisk until combined
- Pour the dressing over the salad and serve with the tuna steak, a slice of rye bread and a clementine for dessert
