Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Cherry tomato - 150 g (10 pcs)
  • Lemon juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Rye bread - 40 g
  • Potato, boiled - 60 g
  • Rocket - 100 g (2.5 cup)
  • Tuna steak - 150 g
  • Salt and black pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Clementine - 74 g (1 whole)

How to make:

  1. Pat the tuna steak dry, sprinkle on a little salt and pepper, and place under a medium-high grill for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn the steak and return to the grill for another 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking
  2. Put the rocket in a bowl, cut the cherry tomatoes into halves, slice boiled potato and scatter over the rocket
  3. In a small bowl combine the olive oil and lemon juice with some salt and pepper and whisk until combined
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve with the tuna steak, a slice of rye bread and a clementine for dessert
