Ingredients:
- Egg - 50 g (1 pcs)
- Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Strawberry - 166 g (1 cup)
- Avocado - 130 g
- Sourdough bread - 90 g (2 slice)
How to make:
- Heat a pan over low to medium heat
- Crack egg directly into pan. Cover with a lid and cook for a few minutes until the egg yolk is to your preferred consistency
- Toast the bread
- Add sliced avocado to the toast and add the egg once it is finished cooking and add a dash of salt. Serve with a side of strawberries
