Ingredients:

  • Egg - 50 g (1 pcs)
  • Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Strawberry - 166 g (1 cup)
  • Avocado - 130 g
  • Sourdough bread - 90 g (2 slice)

How to make:

  1. Heat a pan over low to medium heat
  2. Crack egg directly into pan. Cover with a lid and cook for a few minutes until the egg yolk is to your preferred consistency
  3. Toast the bread
  4. Add sliced avocado to the toast and add the egg once it is finished cooking and add a dash of salt. Serve with a side of strawberries
