  • Egg - 50 g
  • Cherry tomato - 76 g
  • Blueberry - 110 g (0.75 cup)
  • Cheerios, plain - 28 g (1 cup)
  • Whole milk - 240 ml (1 cup)

How to make:

  1. Serve all ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Heat a non stick pan over low heat. Whisk 1 egg in a bowl and add to pan. Then add the tomatoes. Scramble the mix for 2-3 minutes and serve on the side
