Ingredients:

  • Spinach - 30 g
  • Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Cherry tomato - 152 g
  • Beef steak - 85 g
  • Red pepper - 92 g
  • Brown rice, cooked - 98 g
  • Carrot, shredded - 30 g
  • Romaine lettuce - 85 g
  • Wheat dinner roll - 34 g
  • Italian dressing - 45 ml (3 tbsp)

How to make:

  1. Pat the steak dry with a paper towel and add salt
  2. Heat a pan over medium - high heat. Add oil and then add the steak. Cook the steak for 3-6 minutes on each side depending on how you like your steak cooked
  3. Assemble salad and serve with steak
  4. Rice serve on the side. Wheat dinner roll serve on the side
