Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
  • Parsley, chopped - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Tomato - 130 g (1.3 whole)
  • Emmental cheese - 30 g

How to make:

  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add the grated cheese, chopped tomato and chopped parsley
  2. Heat a skillet over a medium heat and add a little oil
  3. Pour the mixture in and cook until it has firmed up. Turn it over and cook for 2-3 minutes the other side. Serve
