Ingredients:
- Tortilla - 50 g (1 pcs)
- Mexican cheese, shredded - 56 g (0.5 cup)
- Queso fresco - 28 g
- Pinto beans, canned and drained - 130 g
How to make:
- Heat a pan over low-medium heat. Add the tortilla to the pan
- On half of the tortilla add the shredded cheese and cover with the other half of the tortilla. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until all the cheese is melted
- Pinto beans serve heated on the side
