Ingredients:

  • Tortilla - 50 g (1 pcs)
  • Mexican cheese, shredded - 56 g (0.5 cup)
  • Queso fresco - 28 g
  • Pinto beans, canned and drained - 130 g

How to make:

  1. Heat a pan over low-medium heat. Add the tortilla to the pan
  2. On half of the tortilla add the shredded cheese and cover with the other half of the tortilla. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until all the cheese is melted
  3. Pinto beans serve heated on the side
