Ingredients:
- Chia seeds - 5 g (0.5 tbsp)
- Strawberry - 200 g
- Brazil nut - 10 g
- Soy milk - 150 ml (0.6 cup)
- Cottage cheese, low-fat - 150 g
- Couscous - 80 g (0.5 cup)
How to make:
- Boil couscous
- Mix chia seeds with soy milk and add to the boiled couscous
- Sprinkle couscous with cottage cheese. Add strawberries and nuts on top
