Ingredients:

  • Coconut oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Cinnamon - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Vanilla - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Apricot - 100 g
  • Peach - 130 g
  • Cottage cheese, low-fat - 150 g
  • Pumpkin seeds - 20 g (2 tbsp)
  • Steel cut oats - 80 g

How to make:

  1. Soak steel cut oats for 20-30 minutes, then boil. If desired, add cinnamon, and vanilla at the end of cooking
  2. Add oil, chopped peach, apricot, and pumpkin seeds, mix everything together. Top oatmeal with cottage cheese
