Ingredients:

  • Raspberry - 150 g
  • Hazelnut - 10 g
  • Peach - 100 g
  • Pumpkin seeds - 15 g (1.5 tbsp)
  • Steel cut oats - 60 g
  • Soy milk, unsweetened - 150 ml (0.6 cup)

How to make:

  1. Soak steel cut oats overnight or for 20-30 minutes, then boil
  2. Combine peach and raspberries in a blender and process until smooth. Add soy milk and blend. Pour the resulting mixture over the cooked oatmeal
  3. Add hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds
