Ingredients:

  • Egg - 150 g (3 pcs)
  • Spinach - 20 g (1 cup)
  • Tomato - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Mixed herbs - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Broccoli - 50 g
  • Potato, boiled - 135 g
  • Gouda cheese - 60 g
  • Salt and black pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)

How to make:

  1. Scramble 3 eggs, add chopped tomato and spinach (5-8 leaves), add salt / pepper to taste, steam / cook on Teflon without oil (or with minimum oil)
  2. Put slices of cheese, chopped raw broccoli and boiled potato on the prepared scramble
  3. Cover with herbs and salt, sprinkle with oil. Bake in the oven for 25 min at 360 °F
