Ingredients:
- Spinach - 30 g
- Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Cherry tomato - 152 g
- Beef steak - 85 g
- Red pepper - 92 g
- Brown rice, cooked - 98 g
- Carrot, shredded - 30 g
- Romaine lettuce - 85 g
- Wheat dinner roll - 34 g
- Italian dressing - 45 ml (3 tbsp)
How to make:
- Pat the steak dry with a paper towel and add salt
- Heat a pan over medium - high heat. Add oil and then add the steak. Cook the steak for 3-6 minutes on each side depending on how you like your steak cooked
- Assemble salad and serve with steak
