Ingredients:
- Onion - 30 g (0.3 whole)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Tomato - 100 g (1 whole)
- Mushroom - 100 g
- Walnut - 20 g
- Bell pepper - 50 g (0.25 whole)
- Mixed greens - 30 g (1 cup)
- Beans - 60 g (0.3 cup)
How to make:
- Soak beans (preferably overnight) and boil
- Chop tomato, onion, and bell pepper. Add chopped mushrooms, greens, spices, season with salt. Stew for 10-15 minutes
