Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Tomato - 150 g
  • Soy sauce - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Carrot - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Rice noodles - 20 g
  • Green onion - 10 g
  • Ginger - 3 g (1 tsp)
  • Red lentils - 30 g

How to make:

  1. Soak lentils for 20-30 minutes, rinse and boil in clean water
  2. While the lentils are boiling, peel onion, and carrot
  3. Heat a dry frying pan, put chopped onion and carrot there, cover the pan and stew for about 5 minutes. Then add spices to taste, spread out chopped tomatoes. Add soy sauce and stew for 2-3 minutes
  4. Add stewed vegetables to the lentils with vegetables, add noodles and cook together a couple of minutes. When serving, sprinkle with greens
