Ingredients:

  • Egg - 50 g (1 pcs)
  • Cherry tomato - 50 g (3 pcs)
  • Cream cheese - 40 g
  • Cucumber - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Bell pepper - 140 g
  • Iceberg lettuce - 30 g
  • Turkey ham - 50 g
  • Mozzarella 50% - 30 g

How to make:

  1. Slice sweet bell peppers in half and remove its seeds. Cut ham into slices
  2. Whisk together eggs, ham, mozzarella and cream cheese and place in the microwave for 5-6 minutes or in the oven at 350 ºF for 20 minutes
  3. Serve with chopped vegetables
