Ingredients:

  • Spinach - 100 g
  • Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Butter - 45 g (3 tbsp)
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
  • Broccoli - 100 g
  • Turkey thigh - 170 g

How to make:

  1. Cut the turkey into small pieces, stew in water with salt or boil until cooked (about 25 minutes)
  2. Heat oil in the pan, add spinach, cook. Add sliced turkey to the spinach
  3. Cook together for 2-3 minutes, add chopped broccoli, cook for 3-4 minutes more until broccoli is al dente
  4. Before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice
