Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
  • Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Butter - 15 g (1 tbsp)
  • Blueberry - 125 g
  • Orange juice - 240 g
  • Sourdough bread - 45 g (1 slice)
  • Turkey bacon - 45 g (3 slice)

How to make:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake turkey bacon for 13-17 minutes
  2. In a non-stick pan over medium heat crack the egg on the pan. Add a dash of salt. Cook the egg for 5-6 minutes
  3. Toast bread in the toaster oven for 2-4 minutes. Add butter to the toast. Serve all parts of the meal together
  4. Rinse blueberries under water for a few seconds, dry and serve on the side
