- Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Zucchini - 100 g
- Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Dill - 5 g
- Chicken fillet - 130 g
- White mushroom - 100 g
- Spring onion - 5 g
How to make:
- Heat olive oil in the pan and fry chicken on both sides. Season with salt and pepper
- Cook cubed zucchini and mushrooms in the rest of the ghee. Season with salt and pepper
