Ingredients:

  • Salt - 2 g (1 tsp)
  • Olive oil - 9 ml (2 tsp)
  • Broccoli - 180 g
  • Italian seasoning - 2 ml (1 tsp)
  • Yam - 75 g (0.5 cup)
  • Wheat dinner roll - 34 g
  • Pork chop, lean - 110 g

How to make:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Wash yam with cool water and pat dry. Chop yam into cubes
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil and add the yams. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until tender
  4. Sprinkle italian seasoning and 1/2 tsp of salt on to the raw pork chop
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Sear each side of the pork chop for 3-5 minutes
  6. Serve the yam with 1/2 tsp of salt and enjoy with the pork chop
  7. Add broccoli and olive oil to the oven with the yams when there is 15 minutes left to bake
