Ingredients:
- Spinach - 20 g (1 cup)
- Cherry tomato - 50 g (3 pcs)
- Olives - 25 g
- Water - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
- Arugula - 20 g (1 cup)
- Cheddar cheese - 50 g
- Egg white - 30 g (1 pcs)
- Egg yolk - 75 g (4 pcs)
- Bacon - 30 g
How to make:
- Whisk together eggs, add shredded cheese and 2-3 tbsp water. Mix well or blend together until you reach a smooth consistency
- Add spinach to the egg mixture. Cook in a pan like a pancake
- Place pancake on a plate, fold it in half, stuff with arugula, chopped tomatoes and fried bacon
