Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
  • Olive oil - 20 ml
  • Cream cheese - 110 g (0.5 cup)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Cauliflower - 100 g
  • Egg yolk - 60 g (3 pcs)
  • Greens - 20 g
  • Turkey ham - 75 g

How to make:

  1. Heat oil in the pan and cook chopped cauliflower for 1-2 minutes. Add cubed ham
  2. Whisk eggs, salt, cheese and blend all together. Pour the egg mixture over the cauliflower and cook until eggs are done
  3. Garnish with greens of your choice, serve
