Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
  • Cucumber - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Bell pepper - 100 g (0.5 whole)
  • Egg white - 30 g (1 pcs)
  • Egg yolk - 60 g (3 pcs)
  • Black olive - 50 g
  • Pumpkin seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
  • Mozzarella 50% - 65 g
  • Whipping cream 30% - 20 ml

How to make:

  1. Whisk the eggs with cream until smooth, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture onto a preheated skillet
  2. Add chopped bell pepper, shredded mozzarella, cover and cook until eggs are set
  3. Sprinkle the omelette with pumpkin seeds. Serve with sliced cucumber and black olives
