Ingredients:

  • Parmesan cheese - 28 g
  • Broccoli, chopped - 90 g (1 cup)
  • Spaghetti - 70 g
  • Turkey meatballs, frozen - 42.5 g (3 pcs)
  • Wheat dinner roll - 34 g
  • Tomato sauce, canned - 120 g (0.5 cup)

How to make:

  1. Boil 1.5 c of water. Once water is boiling add pasta and return to a boil. Cook uncovered, stirring often, for about 6-8 minutes or until al dente
  2. Cook meatballs according to package. In a microwave safe bowl, add broccoli and 3 tbsp of water. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a plate and microwave for 2-3 minutes
  3. Heat pasta sauce in the microwave for 50 seconds. Serve spaghetti with sauce and meatballs with the broccoli on the side
