Ingredients:
- Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
- Spinach - 30 g (1 cup)
- Mozzarella - 60 g
- Cheddar cheese - 10 g
- Bell pepper - 100 g (0.5 whole)
- Garlic powder - 4 g (1 tsp)
- Parmesan 40% - 55 g
How to make:
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F
- Cut bell pepper in half and remove the seeds
- Combine cheese, eggs and garlic powder in a blender or food processor
- Stuff pepper halves with a mixture, top with spinach and lightly press down with the fork
- Wrap peppers in aluminum foil, bake for 30-35 minutes
- Take peppers out of the oven, remove the aluminum foil
