Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
  • Spinach - 30 g (1 cup)
  • Mozzarella - 60 g
  • Cheddar cheese - 10 g
  • Bell pepper - 100 g (0.5 whole)
  • Garlic powder - 4 g (1 tsp)
  • Parmesan 40% - 55 g

How to make:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F
  2. Cut bell pepper in half and remove the seeds
  3. Combine cheese, eggs and garlic powder in a blender or food processor
  4. Stuff pepper halves with a mixture, top with spinach and lightly press down with the fork
  5. Wrap peppers in aluminum foil, bake for 30-35 minutes
  6. Take peppers out of the oven, remove the aluminum foil
