Ingredients:
- Spinach - 100 g
- Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Butter - 45 g (3 tbsp)
- Lemon juice - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
- Broccoli - 100 g
- Turkey thigh - 170 g
How to make:
- Cut the turkey into small pieces, stew in water with salt or boil until cooked (about 25 minutes)
- Heat oil in the pan, add spinach, cook. Add sliced turkey to the spinach
- Cook together for 2-3 minutes, add chopped broccoli, cook for 3-4 minutes more until broccoli is al dente
- Before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice
