Ingredients:
- Egg - 150 g (3 pcs)
- Tahini - 25 g
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Bell pepper - 70 g (0.3 whole)
- Avocado - 185 g
- Dill - 20 g (4 tbsp)
How to make:
- Cut avocado into halves, use a spoon to make a hole big enough for the eggs, crack eggs into each half of the avocado
- Season with salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Bake for 20 minutes
- Slice bell peppers and top with the rest of avocado, pour tahini over bell peppers
- When the avocado boats and bell peppers are ready, garnish them with dill and serve
