Ingredients:

  • Egg - 150 g (3 pcs)
  • Tahini - 25 g
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Bell pepper - 70 g (0.3 whole)
  • Avocado - 185 g
  • Dill - 20 g (4 tbsp)

How to make:

  1. Cut avocado into halves, use a spoon to make a hole big enough for the eggs, crack eggs into each half of the avocado
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Bake for 20 minutes
  4. Slice bell peppers and top with the rest of avocado, pour tahini over bell peppers
  5. When the avocado boats and bell peppers are ready, garnish them with dill and serve
