Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Hazelnut - 20 g
  • Kale - 50 g
  • Black olive - 45 g
  • Lettuce - 50 g
  • Chicken fillet - 180 g

How to make:

  1. Bake chicken in the oven at 400 °F or cook on low heat in a pan for 25 minutes
