Ingredients:
- Egg - 50 g (1 pcs)
- Cherry tomato - 50 g (3 pcs)
- Cream cheese - 40 g
- Cucumber - 50 g (0.5 whole)
- Bell pepper - 140 g
- Iceberg lettuce - 30 g
- Turkey ham - 50 g
- Mozzarella 50% - 30 g
How to make:
- Slice sweet bell peppers in half and remove its seeds. Cut ham into slices
- Whisk together eggs, ham, mozzarella and cream cheese and place in the microwave for 5-6 minutes or in the oven at 350 ºF for 20 minutes
- Serve with chopped vegetables
