Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Balsamic vinegar - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Chickpeas, canned - 120 g (0.5 cup)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Soy sauce - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Broccoli - 230 g
  • Paprika - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Garlic powder - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Ginger powder - 0.3 g (1 pinch)

How to make:

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, ginger, all spices. Fry for 3-4 minutes
  2. Add broccoli and about a glass of water. Stew until broccoli is soft on the outside but crispy on the inside, about 5 minutes
  3. Mix soy sauce with balsamic vinegar, add to broccoli. Stir in chickpeas. Fry together for another 1 min
