Ingredients:
- Cream cheese - 60 g
- Cucumber - 100 g (1 whole)
- Pesto sauce - 20 g
- Avocado oil - 20 ml (1.2 tbsp)
- Greens - 30 g (1 cup)
- Chicken thigh, boneless and skinless - 170 g
How to make:
- Tenderize the meat, season with salt and pepper. Spread cream cheese on chicken, fold and fix with toothpicks making a pocket. Preheat oven to 356 °F and bake for 30 minutes
- When serving - take out the toothpicks, top with pesto. Serve with greens, sliced cucumber sprinkled with oil
