Ingredients:
- Spinach - 20 g
- Lemon juice - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
- Banana - 200 g
- Flaxseed - 5 g (0.5 tbsp)
- Almond - 35 g
- Kale - 40 g
- Blueberry - 50 g (0.3 cup)
- Soy milk - 100 ml (0.4 cup)
- Pear - 70 g
- Ginger - 1 g (0.25 tsp)
How to make:
- In a blender bowl, mix spinach, kale, gradually adding milk until a homogeneous creamy consistency is reached
- Then add pear, flaxseeds, ginger and blend everything again
- Garnish smoothie bowl with chopped banana and almonds before serving. Top with blueberries
