Ingredients:

  • Spinach - 20 g
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
  • Banana - 200 g
  • Flaxseed - 5 g (0.5 tbsp)
  • Almond - 35 g
  • Kale - 40 g
  • Blueberry - 50 g (0.3 cup)
  • Soy milk - 100 ml (0.4 cup)
  • Pear - 70 g
  • Ginger - 1 g (0.25 tsp)

How to make:

  1. In a blender bowl, mix spinach, kale, gradually adding milk until a homogeneous creamy consistency is reached
  2. Then add pear, flaxseeds, ginger and blend everything again
  3. Garnish smoothie bowl with chopped banana and almonds before serving. Top with blueberries
