  • Egg - 50 g (1 pcs)
  • Cream cheese - 50 g
  • Baking powder - 5 g (1 tsp)
  • Almond flour - 55 g
  • Stevia - 0.3 ml (1 pinch)
  • Blueberry - 40 g
  • Egg yolk - 20 g (1 pcs)
  • Coconut flakes - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Pecan nut - 25 g
  • Coconut cream 24% - 70 ml (0.3 cup)

How to make:

  1. Whisk together eggs and cream, add flour and mix well. Add baking powder and sweetener to the mixture. If you want the pancake mix to be more liquid, you can add some water
  2. Preheat a non-stick pan without oil and cook pancakes on both sides. Spread cream cheese over pancakes, top with blueberries and sprinkle with coconut flakes and nuts
