- Coconut oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Apple - 100 g
- Cinnamon - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Vanilla - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Apricot - 100 g
- Pumpkin seeds - 20 g (2 tbsp)
- Steel cut oats - 110 g
How to make:
- Boil steel cut oats with cinnamon and vanilla. When ready, add coconut oil
- Add chopped apple and apricot to the boiled steel cut oats. Sprinkle with seeds when serving
